Q. Do we have to be members of the Better Business Bureau to use your services?

A. No, you don't. However, by doing business with a Better Business Bureau Member in good standing, you are assured a excellent level of quality service and professionalism, and may avoid problems . You can check to see the reputation of the company, which is always important, especially when someone is dealing with your money!

Q. We are in another state, do you handle accounts all over the U.S.A.?

A. Yes, we do, and we have many happy clients in every state!

Q. How much will it cost me to get set up and when do I pay you?

A.  If you need to lease equipment, there is not even a "first and last" payment due. It costs you NOTHING to get started! When you are approved, installed, trained, and perfectly happy, first lease payment is due (if applicable), about a month later.

Q. How long does it take to get set-up?

A. Dependent upon the program which you are choose and the size of your business, the time frame ranges from 1 hour to approximately one week (for over 1 million dollars in monthly processing).

Q. What exactly would my monthly charges be?

A. Since we offer a variety of programs and options to choose from, we provide you a program sheet for the processing service you choose,  letting you know exactly what your charges will be before you even apply. All charges/fees are listed on our program sheet and you will not find ANY hidden costs- we guarantee it!
